(Ceftriaxone Sodium For Injection )
PRESENTATION : Inj. 250mg/500mg/1.0gm I.M/I.V with water for injection.
INDICATIONS & USAGE : Ty-oxone(Ceftriaxone) is indicated for the treatment of the following infections when caused by susceptible organisms: Lower respiratory tract infections, Acute bacterial Otitis Media, Skin and Skin Structure infections, Urinary tract infections, Uncomplicated Gonorrhea, Pelvic inflammatory disease, Bacterial Septicemia, Bone & Joint Infections, Intra-abdominal infections, Meningitis .
DOSAGE : Ty-oxone (Ceftriaxone) may be administered intravenously or intramuscularly.
ADULTS : The usual adult daily dose is 1 to 2 grams given once a day (or in equally divided doses twice a day) depending on the type and severity of infection. The total daily dose should not exceed 4 grams.
PEDIATRIC PATIENTS : For the treatment of skin and skin structures infections, the recommended total daily dose is 50 to 75mg/kg given once a day (or in equally divided doses twice a day). The total daily dose should not exceed 2 grams. For the treatment of acute bacterial Otitis media, a single intramuscular dose of 50mg/kg (not to exceed 1 gram) is recommended.

PRESENTATION : Tab (round) 2 x 10's. 10 x 10's. Amp (sterile solution) 3 ml x 5's x 25's.
DESCRIPTION : Each tablet contains thiamine HCl (B1) 100mg, pyridoxine HCl (B6) 200mg and cyanocobalamin (B12) 200mcg.
Each ampoule contains thiamine HCl (B1) 100mg, pyridoxine HCl (B6) 100mg and cyanocobalamin (B12) 1000mcg.
INDICATION : Vitamin B1, B6, B12 deficiency leading to mono- and polyneuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, dementia, beri-beri, etc.
Alcoholic polyneuropathy and Wemicke's encephalopathy.
Supportive treatment in trigeminal neuralgia.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION : Tablet: Usual recommended daily dosage is 1 tab 3 times a day or as per doctor's advise.
For treatment during pregnancy, 1 tab daily is recommended.

TOCINOX-Injection

PRESENTATION : Inj 5 IU x 1 ml x 50's.
INDICATIONS : Initiation or improvement of uterine contractions, where this is desirable and considered suitable, in order to achieve early vaginal delivery for fetal or maternal reasons.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION : Dose is determined by uterine response. The following dosage information is based upon the various regimens and indications in general use.
CONTRAINDICATIONS : History of hypersensitivity to any of the components of Tocinox.
INTERACTIONS: : Severe hypertension has been reported when oxytocin was given 3-4 hrs following prophylactic administration of a vasoconstrictor in conjunction with caudal block anesthesia. Cyclopropane anesthesia may modify oxytocin's cardiovascular effects, so as to produce unexpected result

PRESENTATION : Amp 250 mg/ml x 1 ml x 3's.
DESCRIPTION : Testosterone enanthate is andros-t-4-en-3-one, 17-[(1 – oxoheptyl) oxy], (17β).
ACTIONS: : Androgen, antineoplastic and antianemic.
INDICATIONS : Treatment of androgen deficiency associated with conditions eg. testicular failure due to cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion, orchits or vanishing testis syndrome; orchidectomy; idopathic gonadotropin or LHRH deficiency; and pituitary-hypothalamic injury from tumors, trauma or radiation.
